CaribWorldNews, ARNOS VALE, St. Vincent, Fri. July 10, 2009: Bangladesh will open the second day`s play in the 1st Digicel Test match against the Windies on 42 without loss.

Tamim Iqbal ended the first day`s play at the Arnos Vale ground in St Vincent yesterday on 14 while Imrul Kayes was 26 not out.  Rain interrupted play for most of the day.

So far Kemar Roach, bowling as part of the Windies replacement squad, had five overs for no wickets while Darren Sammy, the `new` vice-shipper, also had five for none.

The West Indies squad is being captained by Floyd Reifer, since the main team is on strike over another contract dispute. Others on the squad are Dale Richards, Omar Phillips, Travis Dowlin, David Bernard, Chadwick Walton, Tino Best, Nikita Miller and Ryan Austin.
