CaribWorldNews, PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad, Fri. May 30, 2008: Trinidad & Tobago`s Soca Warriors are set to face-off against the English soccer squad this Sunday.
The match is set for the Hasely Crawford Stadium and is one of two for Trinidad before it begins World Cup qualifying in mid-June with a pair of games against Bermuda. It will be the first time a senior English team has played a fixture in the Caribbean and follows England's 2-0 victory over Trinidad in the 2006 World Cup.
England arrived in Trinidad yesterday, a day after beating the United States and with a much changed roster. The English players are scheduled to take part in an open training session at the Port-of-Spain stadium today.
